Marketing Coordinator Intern

Position Overview

This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain
real-world experience in digital marketing, content creation, and business administration.
The intern will work closely with our team, learning about the staffing industry while
contributing to social media management, content creation, and day-to-day administrative
tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for Doon Staffing’s social media platforms
    (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Write blog posts, newsletters, and website content related to staffing, hiring trends,
    and professional development
  • Assist in social media engagement strategies, including responding to comments
    and messages
    Administrative & Business Support:
  • Assist with email communication, data entry, and maintaining client/candidate
    records
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies
  • Support event coordination for networking and recruitment events
  • Help with organizing and updating recruitment databases
    Technology & Tools You’ll Work With:
  • Social Media Management Tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)
  • Graphic Design Platforms (Canva, or similar)
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • CRM and ATS (Hubspot, Apollo, or similar)
  • Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.

    Who We’re Looking For:
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business
    Administration, or a related field
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
  • Must be based in India and comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
